MRS. FELICIA SCHRADER
Spotlight on our principal:

Mrs. Schrader comes to Crossroads with 14 years of experience in education, having served as a Teacher, Department Chair and Assistant Principal in both high school and middle school settings. She taught at the Alternative School in Harford County for 5 years. For the past 3 years, she has served the Reisterstown Community as an Assistant Principal at Franklin Middle School. Her passion lies in helping students build confidence, think critically, and develop a lifelong love of learning. She believes that strong relationships — with students, families, and staff — are at the heart of a thriving school, and she is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.
